FEATURES
VORTEX IMPELLER FOR TOUGH-TORQUE FLOW
Real Non-Clog performing volute impeller made of Fiberglass Reinforced
Plastic (FRP) provides continuous operation with minimum abrasive wear
and eliminates clogging and binding. Pumping is accomplished by induced
high speed vortex which increase fluid pressure and minimize particle
contact or entanglement of fibrous matter in wastewater and sludge.
DETACHABLE STRAINER
Dual use effluent and sewage handling design. Protect against damage from passing large rocks or metal objects. Safe guard for frog and fish.
LARGE SOLID HANDLING PASSAGE
For heavily polluted wastewater containing slender matter, long fibers
and small or large solid particles.
Suspended solids handling capacity: 35 mm (1.38 inch) in diameter
ABRASION AND CORROSION RESISTANT
Pump casing made of 304 stainless steel and fiberglass-reinforced engineering
composite. The materials are strong and lightweight with high resistance
to rust, corrosion, abrasion and impact.
RUGGED MOTOR
Motor housing: Stainless steel - corrosion resistant and good heat
dissipation.
Motor: Oil free (air filled electric induction motor).

HIGH QUALITY MECHANICAL SEALS
Double Silicon Carbide mechanical seals (impeller side) in lubricant chamber.
SiC provide greater hardness (approaching diamond), withstanding of
pumping pressure, corrosion and abrasion resistant, self-lubrication
and temperature fluctuation tolerance.
BUILT-IN OVERLOAD & THERMAL PROTECTION
Self resetting automatic protection for motor against overload or overheat
conditions.
